Construction of a complex of four buildings, ranging in size from R+3 to R+5, for office and retail use, with a basement parking lot. The building complex is subject to the HQE approach, as is the construction site (Chantier Propre). The aim is to create a lively, village-like setting on a human scale; the site offers a veritable interior garden for site users, extending the green spaces of Parc Ampère. The project took 24 months to complete.
