Architecture is part of a continuum it continually calls into question. To inherit is not to reproduce: it is to read, discern, sometimes subtract, and inscribe the present within the depth of a place.

It is within this interval that we position our practice: between permanence and transformation, memory and invention. Each project enters into a critical dialogue with what already exists, extending certain lines while drawing new ones.
