The form, both elemental and dynamic, asserts itself as a suspended sculpture, playing with perspective and the classical architecture of the moulded ceiling from which it hangs. I sought to capture the fluidity of water within the precision of the fold — a fountain that makes no sound, yet fills the space with serenity.

A manifesto of the inversion that defines the collection, this sculptural ceiling light (approximately 70 × 100 cm) traces the silhouette of an inverted cone, like a spring captured at the very moment it surges towards the sky.

Handcrafted from pleated wild silk, the piece evokes the drape of a ball gown. The pleats structure the light into vertical lines of force, transforming the luminous source into a chromatic vibration that is at once soft, rhythmic and enveloping.

A study in upward movement, “Fontaine en Soie” captures the precise instant when water rises, defying gravity to become a lasting structure. Its texture recalls the lines of a waterfall or the ribs of a monumental fan. More than a light, this aerial sculpture inhabits the ceiling and redefines the volume of the room.

Through the delicacy of the silk, light is no longer projected: it is infused through the folds, becoming an ethereal, enveloping material. From this dialogue between geometric rigour and textile sensuality emerges a delicate equilibrium — an atmosphere woven from light.
