As the site is located close to water and on polluted soil, the project is built on a plinth comprising all the ground-floor parking lots. The base, with its large footprint, and the buildings represented as the addition of small town houses, define the architectural identity of the project. The project involves the construction of 240 housing units for first-time buyers, plus a "shell building" for residents' use. The complex is composed of three typologies: parking plinths, town houses and "nautical identity" waterfront houses. These three types were chosen to blend in better with the surrounding environment and reduce the compactness of the blocks of multi-family housing. The presence of projecting and recessed balconies and variations in the direction of the double-sloped roofs serve this architectural purpose.
