A visual breakthrough to the sea, the blue of the sky plunging into the blue of the sea, framed by the citadel's ramparts, are the starting point for this project, which involves creating a walkway from the citadel's stone bridge to a contemplation platform.

This proposal responds to the specific requirements of the initial call for tenders in accordance with the planning/envelope lines, with a focus on eco-responsibility and circular economy.

The citadel's eastern ramparts provide a screen for the creation of an open-air theater.

A site open (accessible) to all through to a belvedere and the mixed use of a stepped platform.
